Presentation:

The electronic recharging solution constitutes an additional means to the traditional recharging solution, through a scratching card. It allows, among others, the suppression of any recharging cards stealing, of any fraudulent use, and the optimization of recharging cards management as well as by the telephonic operator as by distribution network.

How system works ?

We propose to replace scratch cards by electronic recharge system via terminals installed at the stores and connected to a central server by secured transaction. The project consists in setting up a central server connected one part to operator that supplies recharge code and other part to the approved retailers equipped by a Pos terminal allowing the direct sale of these codes.

The central server :

constitutes the heart of the system;
it has appropriate hardware and software allowing the
management of the recharge codes: reception, storage
and distribution. It ensures primarily the following functions:

Secure transfer of the recharge codes;

Protected storage of recharge codes;

Management of points of sale;

Financial management of the system;

Stock management of recharge codes ;

The central server provides the approved retailer a terminal that allows:

Sale of the codes of recharge by printing a
ticket that comprises

following information: serial number, vendor,
date of sale, recharge code, instruction to refill. ;

Order recharge codes to the central server;

inventory control with generation of alarm
to prevent out-of-stock conditions;

Administration of the terminal:
salesmen, passwords...

The central server provides the operator with an administration software that allows :

Reception of the orders from the central server and feed back the central server. Encoded XML message are used to exchange data between operator and central server;

Stock management of recharge codes;

Financial management of the system.

Electronic recharge is cost killers. It is the end of scratch cards,"hard" store and logistics,
truck robberies and warehouse assaults;

Efficient Pos Hardware :

We propose a powerful easy to use POS hardware with an ergonomic design.
It is equipped with a V21-V22-V22 bis modem and an integrated 10 lines/sec printer which reduce transaction time.

System Administration :

We provide a full system administration for the operator. This system is built on reliable and stable system architecture (Java. XML, date Base system ...).

Security :

RSA cryptographic system is used to sign and crypt messages exchanged between central server and operator. Digest calculation is based on MD5. Recharge codes are stored in encrypted format inside the terminal. They are decrypted when the ticket is printed. Vendor smart card is needed to activate sale function.
