Scratch cards :

Bitaka is the first and the most important operator of services of telecommunication in Tunisia .
It directed its activity on these markets and more precisely in the segment of the prepaid services. It ensures a cover of distribution of the scratch cards which exceeds the 50% of the Tunisian market.
This confidence was granted thanks to the quality of services presented.

Technical specifications Dimension of all cards is :

Length: 85,5 mm
Width: 54,2 mm
Thickness: 0.76 mm
They contain a black layer in sandwich allowing a total opacity of the confidential code.

Cards are printed front and back according to the design provided by the operator. The complexion can be brilliant or mat and they are varnished by hot lamination to protect the impression.

Manufacturing process :

The codes of recharge are printed with an ink-jet machine with visual monitoring computer-assisted, making it possible to detect any printing errors or imperfection in the phase of production and to cure it such as: card without recharge code or serial number, data not printed at the designed place.
At the exit of the printer, the card contains all the data of personalization (clear and masked) in only one passage within the printer.

Scratch label: The dimension of scratch label is 60x6 mm and it covers in a perfectly opaque way the codes of recharge, it is realized using a silver ink

Bar Code :

Each card comprises a bar code reflecting the serial number according to the standard of bar code wished by the operator
