BITAKA Cards & Solutions is considered as a leading in plastic cards in Tunisia Our main activity resides, henceforth, in the personalization of plastic and smart cards as well as in the development of information technology solutions and integrated electronic banking.

Moreover, our activity is extended to touch subsidiary and support products:
this range varies from drives and plastic and smart cards personalization machines, to the electronic voucher solution, otherwise called the electronic recharging of prepaid accounts, but especially by the study and the piloting of engineered projects as well as the expertise in the field of operating EDI systems.

The recharging prepaid telephonic cards are our main product with regards to the turnover. Manufactured under several materials ( PVC, PET, Polystyrene, cardboard.), they will be laminated or varnished, with many densities going from 300 to 800 microns where the PIN printing as well as the band to be scratched will be carried out in one unique operation in order to guarantee the confidentiality.




Our range of software products is using the technologies offered by the smart cards in order to meet the needs of our customers mainly in the following fields:

The telecommunications ( Java, Applets and SIM toolkit application )

The logical securities ( Identification system in biometry )

The banking system

The governmental Managing systems (Transport season tickets, driving licenses, health cards, national identification cards.)

The preventive electronic banking

The electronic recharging solution is a secured platform allowing to manage the issue of electronic recharging (e - voucher, eTopUP and mobile banking) for the pre - paid telephonic operators.


This solution constitutes an additional means to the traditional recharging solution, through a scratching card.

It allows, among others, the suppression of any recharging cards stealing, of any fraudulent use, and the optimization of recharging cards management as well as by the telephonic operator as by distribution network.
